  • Lead and advise IBM Global Business Services to achieve SI project delivery competency and excellence surrounding AWS and Azure deployments
  • Act as the Lead solution architect for various enterprise application development projects, from B2B web portals, e-banking applications, air-cargo management systems to airline enterprise SOA service bus implementation and microservices API implementation
  • Play the role as the technical advisor and development team leader to guide the team to implement the solutions and manage the project scope, schedule, cost and risks
  • Design applications and systems which meet the functional requirements and non-functional requirements as stated in the SLA

Achievements:

  • Architect and design the Hong Kong Trade government statutory cloud native B2B eMarketplace Portal based on microservices architecture and deployed on AWS
  • Architect and design the Hong Kong first banking OpenAPI exchange platform, JETCO APIX, using Microservices architecture and Kubernetes
  • Architect and implement the Faster Payment System (“FPS”) for a Hong Kong local bank using IBM Integrated Global Payment System (“IGPS”)
  • Architect and design the Hong Kong first e-banking mobile App utilizing the eKYC technology for bank account opening.
  • Complete the consolidated settlement systems for a Hong Kong local bank using Calypso and IBM Cognos TM1
  • Establish and implement the SOA Enterprise Service Bus for a Hong Kong airline using IBM DataPower, WebSphere MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
  • Complete a Hong Kong airline catering planner solution implementation
  • Complete a Japanese bank IFRS/GL accounting system implementation project
  • Complete an air cargo management system implementation project for a Hong Kong based air cargo terminal operator
  • Complete a Hong Kong local bank 2-factor authentication enablement for the e-banking project
