Roles

Lead and develop end-to-end cloud transformation solution to the clients. Program includes cloud migration, legacy application cloud-native modernization and adoption of PaaS/SaaS models
Respond to the incoming RFPs and bring the delivery solution & budget to internal review and approval
Liaison and collaborate with Accenture ecosystem partners to come up with a compelling solution proposal to the clients
Deliver the cloud transformation projects as a lead architect

Achievements:

Architect, design and propose the solution for a total revamp of the Member Administration Platform for 2 Australian superannuation companies, including the digital member portal, advisor portal, employer portals and their backend integrations to the fund product administration platform, superstream gateway, fund services and bank.
Architect and design the AWS cloud-native Australian New Payment Platform (NPP) modernization for a local payment processing client.
Architect, design and propose the Container-as-a-Service platform based on RedHat OpenShift and VMware Tanzu (Kubernetes) to a local Telco company. The deployment spans across QLD, VIC and NSW states with high availability and reciprocal DR architecture setup
Lead the Workday HRM and Finance consolidation solution for a local bank after acquiring 2 other local banks. The solution included seamless sensitive personal and general ledger data migration from multiple systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) to Workday
Lead the cloud migration solution for a local liquor and drink company and various government agencies. It involves P2V, V2V rehosting, application re-platforming and refactoring code change to the target cloud hyperscaler (e.g. AWS, Azure and OCI). The solution includes a detailed application and infrastructure discovery and assessment, migration design and wave planning, test strategy and deployment plan.
